• Food Runner: Deliver food to tables and assist in minor food preparation work.
• Dishwasher: Clean dishes & dishwashing area. Conduct basic maintenance and repairs in kitchen equipment.
• Chef: Responsible for kitchen personnel (cooks, dishwashers), food safety, ordering, budget, recipes, inventory, equipment maintenance, ect.
• Carryout Manager: Oversees pizza makers, counter staff and drivers, Responsible for customer service, quality control and all aspects of carry out, delivery and catering services.
• Pizza Maker: Prepare, cook, & cut pizzas.
• Line Cook: Operate fryer, oven and other cooking equipment. Prepare food in professional, safe manner.
• Hostess: Greet guests, ask seating preference and usher to appropriate table. Promote specials and any promotions running. Oversee server and buss staff. Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Delivery Driver: Deliver food products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Phone/Cashier: Take phone orders and operate cash register.
• Bus Person: Assemble and dismantle dining room and buffet tables. Arrange bus stations. Prepare and stock items needed. Sweep, clean and remove trash.
• Server: Greet guests, present any specials, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service. Servers must be comfortable taking guests' orders and handling different payment methods.
• Bartender: Mix, prepare and serve drink orders. Operate cash register. Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
